Project managed and developed a peak shaving generator system to relieve the Con-Edison 4 MW primary power source in a New York City Data Center. Designed and proposed electrical and mechanical infrastructure modifications. Instructed all engineering personnel on all mission critical equipment. Also, held the position of NYFD Fire Safety Director for the main data site.

Additional duties included a process chiller system used to condition the company data site. I modified the design, installed and operated the HVAC/R, electrical equipment and building management systems. I managed the grounds maintenance contracts and maintenance staff.

Repaired or rebuilt centrifugal pumps, semi-hermetic refrigeration compressors, steam condensate return systems, and potable water booster pump systems. In the absence of the contracted elevator company, the US Postal Service trained select trade employees to operate and repair the hydraulic elevators of which I was one. Additional duties included maintaining the electrical system infrastructure connected to all mail processing equipment. I assembled and repaired all grounds maintenance equipment.
Before being trained in the maintenance trade, duties included mail processing and delivery. Training included passenger vehicle operation, one, two and five ton box truck operation.
